Our apartments have different prices, depending on the number of people, the numer of nights, and on the period requested.

Terms and conditions
To book the apartment it is necessary to give a deposit equal to the 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. All payments must be in Euro. For your convenience you can choose the following ways of paying:
- bank transfer
- by credit card
Depending on the method chosen, we will send you the payment details.
Once the reservation is confirmed, we will issue a voucher with the details of the booking, that you must print and show to the accomodation provider.
To cancel a reservation you please warn us at least 30 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel a confirmed booking after the time limit then you will forfeit the account sent to confirm the reservation. If you cancel your reservation one week before your arrival, we will charge the 50% of the total.
If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before your arrival, or in case of no-show, we will charge the 90% of the total.
On the day of arrival we kindly ask you:
- copy of identity card or passport of each guest
- the payment of the balance due
- 100 € per apartment as a deposit against accidental breakages. This will be refunded on the day of departure if all is in order
- the payment of the tax of stay
Services on demand:
- wifi: 3 € per day
- air conditioning: 7 € per day
Check-out must be at 10am, or at the time agreed with the personnel.
Check-in is possible from 11am to 8 pm. For check-in from 8pm to 12pm we apply a fee of 50 €. For check-in after 12pm the fee is of 75 €.
We kindly ask you to send us your arrival time, together with your mobile phone number, to agree on the time and place to give you the keys.
