SPECIAL SEASON:  during the special season (20 Dic. / 06 Gen.), at Easter, Carnival, and others holiday periods, prices will be increased by 20% to 30%.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To book the apartment it is necessary to give a deposit equal to the 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. All payments must be in Euro. For your convenience you can choose the following ways of paying:                                                                    

• a bank transfer, in which case we will send you an e-mail with our bank details
• a banker's draft, in which case we will send you an e-mail  with the address

Once the reservation is confirmed, we will issue a voucher with the details of the booking, that you must print and show to the accomodation provider.

To cancel a reservation you please warn us at least 30 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel a confirmed booking after the time limit then you will forfeit the account sent to confirm the reservation. 

On the day of arrival we kindly ask you for 50,00 € per person as a deposit against accidental breakages. This will be refunded on the day of departure if all is in order.
